AI-powered Software Consultant (m|f|d)

As a software consultant at Comsysto Reply you have the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team of experts: software developers, agile trainers, solution architects and many more. Your primary goal will be creating software solutions for our clients, pushing the solution via CI/CD and monitoring the performance, to generate value. Along with this, your tasks will be to consult and work with the client to resolve their technical and non-technical issues, elevate various aspects of the business, software and infrastructure as well as working with clients to raise trust, increase value and collaboration.

• As a Software Consultant, you are familiar with at software engineering and development for both frontend and backend technologies, specifically with JVM languages (Spring Boot and Kotlin) and Typescript (React)
• In this role, you will design and develop software applications specifications agreed upon with the client, work in a team of developers and resolve issues presented by our clients.
• You will demonstrate architectural design excellence and are an expert in developing highly robust application.
• Your daily tasks include developing software in a team setup, deploying the applications to production environments as well as communicating with the client.
• Furthermore, you define architecture visions. This also includes taking responsibility within the team for, for example, business and technical project dimensions to solve complex business requirements.
• Ideally, you will act as a coach and mentor . This also includes leading reference architectures, management systems, and conducting product reviews.

• You have 3-5 years of experience in the field of professional software development for frontend and backend technologies
• You have experience with JVM languages (Spring Boot and Kotlin) and Typescript (React)
• You have experience with the AWS Cloud and deployment of code via CI/CD
• You have experience working with colleagues to deploy modern applications, build automated testing systems and to develop a stable software architecture.
• You have experience in AI assisted software development (e.g. Github Copilot, Claude Code) and you are on the cutting edge when it comes to AI in software development, (e.g. harness engineering, context engineering, subagent, agent delegation and skill)
• You are interested in working with clients to resolve their pain points and to bring them to solutions through your consulting efforts
• You are a problem solver with good communication skills
• You are creative and curious about new technologies
• You are familiar with an agile way of working and cherish agile values
